Those shares give you real legal ownership and economic rights over that asset – including your share of rental income and any profit when the property is sold – rather than a vague pooled crowdfunding position. All SPV and property documents (title deed, valuations, legal checks, financials) are available for you to review in your dashboard for full transparency.

You earn returns in two ways:

  1. Rental Income – You receive your share of the net rental income generated by the property, distributed to all SPV shareholders.

  2. Capital Appreciation – When the property is sold, you earn your proportionate share of any profit based on the number of SPV shares you hold.
